Detection History and Unblock

How to Check Detection History

You can check the detection history in the following menu of the MBUSTER Console.

  • In Macro Management > Macro List, you can check the block list by connection IP.
  • In Macro Management > Blocking Evidence, you can check the blocking history for IP, name, and reason for blocking. Click the View Details button on the blocking evidence page to view detailed information about the desired device.

How to Unblock

💡

Whether the MBUSTER engine is active or not only determines whether the analysis engine is operational, and deactivating a specific policy's engine will still keep previously blocked users blocked. To unblock a blocked user, you must use either the Automatic Unblock Function or the Manual Unblock Function.

There are two ways to unblock:

1️⃣ Automatic Unblock

  • In the MBUSTER management > Policy Settings menu's Macro Common Settings section, you can set up automatic unblock mode. When automatic unblock mode is used, blocking is automatically lifted after a set time.

2️⃣ Manual Unblock

  • You can manually unblock by checking the personal identification ID of the blocked user on the Detailed Information Page.
